Blaise Mortmer Sports Therapist

I have completed 3 years of study at the Australian College of Sports Therapy (ACST) in Melbourne, where I obtained an Advanced Diploma of Sports Therapy. During my time here I had the opportunity to work with many athletes as well as working at a number of events including the Medibank Melbourne Marathon and Melbourne Iron Man events.

As a Sports Therapist I have been trained in many areas such massage and soft tissue techniques, corrective exercise, rehabilitation, injury prevention as well as exercise programming. My focus is to not only help clients to feel better but to determine the root of their problem and work towards correcting this and in so help the individual to be pain free and move better.

I am an active, outgoing person who loves being outdoors and enjoy many sports, especially waterskiing and netball.
